_Preston Poulter was born in Dallas, Texas. He graduated Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas, and went on to Graduate Southern Methodist University in 1995 with a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Geology. He currently works with Market Research Dallas, and earns money playing poker in his spare time. He is a member of the Poker Player's Alliance, and believes the game ought to be legalized both in the state and nationwide.
